Hi.
Is the damage done to a monster by hurricane calculated when hurricane is cast or when it actually hits the monster ?
I am asking because i wonder if i could boost its damage by casting hurricane with Earth Shifter and then switching to Doom for low enemy cold resistance.

Duration is rough if you’re going to prebuff.
Are you trying to do player 8 hurricane? a decent lvl 30 and doom is all you need for p1, and i dont mean it works, i mean it one shots the lesser mobs, but if you’re min/maxing it, let us know how it does /players
