Hi guys, please share your WW barb build and how you guys solve his mana issue?
I am currently running a Full IK Set, with a merc holdibg an Insight weapon for mana regen, i am still able to clear small to medium groups of Cows, but if i encounter larger group and my mana runs out, i get owned.
Merc also die easily due to no slow effect from the Reaper Toll. In a dilenma to use Insight or Reaper Toll now…
Hi! Insight as you said, and dual leech ring if you’re rich or manald heal ring if you’re not
Other options include : soul drainer gloves, willhelm belt, crescent moon amulet
Some crafted gloves with mana leech and crushing blow as well.
I can sell you some of these if you need (all besides willhelm belt but thats cheap af)

I’m not sure how you’re running into mana issues with 10% ML AND Insight. I’m currently running an Insight thresher on my IK Barbs might merc since I don’t have reapers toll and it does help a lot with mana burn, but I’ve ran IK barb with only the set’s 10% ML before with no issues.
Is it possible you are running into mana burn and not realizing it?
You mentioned your merc dying, what is his other gear? Mine currently has Vamp Graze and Duress and he does really well, before I found the vamp he was using tals wish also worked well, with the leach and resistance bonuses. Treachery is a great low cost merc armor that checks a lot of boxes for them. If they use insight you have to get nice life leach from armor or helm though.
Part of leaching is his damage, what base is the insight in?
If I had to guess, you need to tweek how you play it.
Make sure your WWing through a group of enemies, and try to stay ‘buried’ in them as best you can. That’s going to proc your mana leech and keep your mana full. It’s when you are going in long lines and not hitting anything that you’re going to see your mana plummet.
seems like mana shouldn’t be an issue here. there should be plenty of leech from the set + your merc has insight? hmmmm…
If BO isn’t maxed the mana pool might be too low . Also, since the ability to leech is also going to be based on physical damage, then ww & mace mastery should also be maxed. Next would be making sure you can get enough hits with that maul, so 2 sheal runes or 2 x 15% ias jewels is a must for the most hits per second. If you are missing these things, then you need to fix them.
If you’re getting mana burned, that’s another issue. But it shouldn’t be a constant issue, especially with cows.
You could I suppose, force yourself to run out of mana in a constant state of ww, without attacking anything - just doing that without walking or running anywhere… don’t do that.
Atleast whirlwind can leech mana, better question how to fix mana issues with warcry 
use a Nightsmoke or Tal Rasha’s belt with Angelic Wings ring combo with Tal Rasha’s helmet

seems like a weird way to fix mana steal, given that you are going to take away 10% mana leech, then add back in with a tal mask, then loose a bunch of gravy bonuses from the full IK set.
Angelics might be ok though. But you don’t usually need so much AR in PvM once you get some levels.
EDIT: Just tested an IK build myself. Enough points in str to equip everything (232), Base dex, all the rest into life.
Lvl 93 barb, max mace mastery, BO, Shout, WW
2 sheals in the maul. Noting else in other open sockets.

Rare AR life leech ring
(no other mana steal - just 10% from set)
Mana after BO = 348
No insight on merc.
So I went right to cows - 1 mana burn boss, but still leeched full globe in long ww’s
All else, ZERO mana issues.
8049 Attack rating = 94% to hit bovine (ww)
10003 Attack rating = 95% to hit bovine (1 pt berzerk)
with angelics
17042 Attack rating = 95% to hit bovine (ww)
20947 Attack rating = 95% to hit bovine (1 pt berserk)
So, angelics is a waste vs the better damage and bonuses possible from Highlord/Ravenfrost + your choice of favorite ring.
