just an idea for a future patch
This is kinda, “best” unique armor.
But it lacks to be rly useful and not just a trophy item.
+2 to all skills
+30% ias
+400 to attack rating.
This way u make it an all rounder armor with decent mods. This could open a slot for a different ring combos too and would not be just a trophy item.
