How to respec in PTR?

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully respec’d within the PTR and with Akara?
I’m testing different skills and want to respec, though nothing happens when I Reset Stat/Skill Points. All the quests are complete, so can’t complete Den of Evil to activate Reset Stat/Skill Points on Normal and Nightmare, and nothing happens like I mentioned when attempting in Hell.
I uninstalled the PTR, but the test characters are tied to my account, when I reinstall, the character doesn’t reset.
I’m not farming for Token of Absolution either.

There is a mule called miscitems, that have tokens in it’s stash.
