How to fix disappointing density areas without boringly just increase density … doing it in a fun and creative way

For example: blood raven Mausoleum, crypt, like A5 red portals and A3 sewers and plenty others are interesting areas due to their alvl. But the density is god awful

What about making the chests/containers spawn packs of monsters like evil urns?

It’s already a mechanic that happens for other stuff like tombs and barrels too but rarely and with a single monster

What about making them happen very often, with higher quantity of monsters and higher quality of them like the evil urns

Another thing way they could behave is a “slow spawner” somewhat like Nests and sarcophagus

Instead of spawning them all at once when you click the chest/popable it slowly feeds a couple of normal monsters, then champions, then minions with an elite and then the chest/poppable drops like a Super chest to reward your time

Those system could be applied to multiple areas of the game which would create a opt-in density booster that has a cost/sacrifice which is taking time to interact with them

Example, Act 1:

  • barrels hide quill rats
  • tombs have skeletons , spectres and zombies
  • rogue corpses spawn corrupted rogues
  • etc

What’s the problem with deleting a freshly accidentally posted topic to finish it and polish it?
If it had been anybody else you would have not even bat an eye, but it’s me so you attack

Proving you are in just for the harassment and witch hunt

It’s baffling that moderation is so loose with harassers like y’all

Because edits are easy to do and don’t require a complete deletion. To most of those that noticed, it seems like a blatant attempt to bump the topic for higher viability at the top of the list due to it not catching any bites by the time of deletion.

Sorry if I happened to look at the forums this morning, as well as my social media and happened to notice this happen, and call it out for what it looks like.

Thanks for proving once again that you are only here to harass and be toxic

Despite me telling you what happened and why I deleted the topic, you create a whole new story only in a cheap attempt to make me look bad and once again break the code of conduct doing personal attacks and derailing the topic

Should obviously be suspended by moderation for continuously breaking the code of conduct…

This is Diablo 2, the mechanic is a well established diablo 1 & Diablo 2 mechanic and has been for decades… all this post is about is expanding it as a fix to flaws

Monsters hidden in barrels is a thing

Evil urns spawning groups of monsters is a thing

Please stop being a toxic purist, if you don’t like a change just move on and stop clicking on posts about changes

I don’t like Pvp, so I don’t go in Pvp topics and whine about it

Stuff I actually care about and want to see improved
