Go to arcane sanctuary, look at the symbols, then find the tomb.

Im such a casual that i was gonna say , the quest log tells you which one … but farming means new game , new random maps , new random correct tomb -.-

Why do you want to farm duriel?
It’s a hassle getting to him and his drops are poor. Just do andy if you cant farm meph yet.

Aint always about efficiency , its a game , not real life ;D
Sadly you dont unless you play offline , then the tomb is always the same , you either search each tomb or go arcane sanctuary check the symbols go to the one missing . Which btw kills the motivation of farming duriel unless you want smthiing from her
