How is there still no map scroll on console?!

I think this is literally my first post on this forum, but I just need to express my disappointment.

Even after patch 2.4 we can’t use right stick on console to scroll the map. Maybe it seems like a petty thing, but it’s a huge QoL issue for me as a D2 Veteran. The experience playing on Switch is Almost perfect to me, but this is driving me nuts.

Please, Blizzard, just add the ability to scroll the map. It’s such an embarrassing oversight and such an obvious simple fix. map it to right stick - done.

There are plenty of things Blizzard could use the right stick for, but it’s largely unused. It’s quite bizarre…

Yeah you cant. Its so limited. Ive waited and waited for some functionalities on consoles such as scrolling map, lobbies and being able to play with friends when using offline characters. Are they kidding us with this ridiculous release specially on consoles?

I just don’t think the company is experienced enough on consoles to really know what they’re doing, sadly. The PoE port is a lot worse but it just goes to show how these companies operate :yawning_face:

There is no reason to even scroll the map. What are you trying to do? Find a new spice route to CHI-Na?

Sometimes I would miss a part of the map that leads to another place, and would be stuck until I went to the next area. Map scrolling helps see which parts I missed.
