whats your issues crashing???
it seems like it doesn’t really have support for consoles. I spent all day trying to create a ticket through PC support. but as I don’t have the error files to attach (it seems that the pc generates message files or error codes) there’s no way to finalize the order. I’ve been having severe problems with the D2R on my PS4, I would really like the compensation… but having been a purchase made by PlayStore this unfortunately won’t happen. I hope that support will at least answer my ticket as a complaint about the purchase…
I saw they sent a patch to pc yesterday. Where the f is ours. They don’t even have pinned messages or updates anywhere but in general discussion. Which is pc. So. Im annoyed and haven’t played out of fear of just losing progression. offline mode definitely won’t lose progress anyone know?
Oh they do have one pinned message in console tech section. Nothing with news though… I patch would be great by now.
As i mentioned elsewhere, patches on console take longer if the dev isn’t working directly for said console manufactuer. IE Santa Monica-Sony
So for them to vet patches takes longer where as Insomniac’s patches for spiderman goes directly through.
The ticket system is for PC support and PC refunds - that were bought through Blizzard’s digital store. Blizzard does not make the consoles, run the consoles, or sell the game for consoles. So Blizz can’t really help you there. You would need to get a refund from the console shop, if they allow it. The console shop is the one that has the transaction history and your payment methods on file. Blizz can’t access that.
Offline mode is neither safe. After saving and quitting and exiting the software, my lvl 13 Amazon was gone. Playing on Switch. But I’ve read that offline for PS4 isn’t safe either–characters are getting deleted there, too.
In what way were you sold a lemon?
If your game doesn’t work on your console then the retailer who sold it to you should replace it with a working copy or refund you.
If you bought the game digitally and it doesn’t work then contact Customer Support for your respective console for assistance or a refund (but it’s pretty much working for everyone else now).
Tell us the specific problem and people will be very happy to steer you in the right direction.
well for starters the the lemon is slang for a broke down piece of crap… i cant even play the game i cant go 30 seconds without the game crashing online or offline if this game is not a lemon then i don’t know what it is.
Good luck getting one. Sony flat out refuses if you pre-ordered this POS. Even though its basically a broken game. The patch today did nothing to fix items and gold disappearing from shared stash.
