How do I get diablo 2 R to start in windowed mode?

I used to be able to start the game in windowed mode which would allow me to minimize the game to the taskbar and let me do other stuff while I waited for the queue to hit me.

For some odd reason the game, now, always defaults to full screen. Is there a command line argument I need or is this game as broken as I suspect it is ( I mean queues in this day and age holy 1994 batman!).

Use -w in the Target Line field or once you start the game use Alt-Enter which will toggle between the two modes.

Did you select it in Options?
