Act 6, new characters, QoL greatly improved, guild content added, end content added, etc.
I am willing to buy right away. Diablo 4 doesn’t have a release date until 2023, isn’t it?

I thought you didn’t have anything left to say?
Guess you forgot a few things, huh?
D4 has no release date at all. They have not given an estimate in any form. We were told “not even Blizzard soon” when it was announced.
The end boss of act six is The Sloppity Bilepiper, it is known.
I would love to see:
people you THINK you want that…
Then think for 2 seconds about all the talent that has left blizz and what theyre left with… These people cant do any of those things… Any attempt by them will DESTROY the game
We already have Diablo 3 that seal the deal, and a upcoming mobile game called Diablo immortal that fill the gap between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. Not to mention we have already defeated the 3 prime evils in Diablo 2 storyline
So how exactly are wee going to write act 6?
If Diablo 3 never exist, or even Diablo immortal isn’t a thing, than act 6 may make sense, but right now? Sorry but it isn’t a good idea
Like what? 7 heros are already good enough, not to mention even with the 7 chars we are having duplicated skills that function similarly. Adding an 8th is just going to be another mix and match of current spells anyways.
Hum…nope, thanks, go play d3
What can you do exactly as a guild in D2?
They do plan on adding more end game content, but will most likely be more Uber and things like that, just not in 2.4, but future patches.
Disagree. This team (originally Vicarious Visions) fills me with more faith than I would be otherwise. Overall they did a stellar job with D2R and continue to do so in how they are handling patches at this point. Meanwhile, the original developers went on to Make Hellgate London and Torchlight III. The team behind D2R is fantastic and I trust them so far. Actually, I kind of hope they have input and help form D4 into something great.
No pls don’t. They should fix all the issues/„rebalancing“ first.
They can barely bother to put like 3 hours of manpower into the first ladder, and you expect them to make an expansion? Lol, it’ll never happen.
There would be too many problems with adding new acts and characters. The first one that comes to mind is no legacy mode for the new act. New characters take a lot of time. I do believe that the devs of this game also oversee some of the other games like D3. Games that won’t receive a lot of new expansion content.
so the thousands of complaints never happened? How can you be satisfied so far???
First of all, I waited to play until ladder, but broken down and bought it and played the PTR 2.4 patch. I had very few problems and loved most everything they did.
I understand the frustration of everyone who had problems, and perhaps those are now fixed or they are not problems in PTR but are problems in live…I am really not sure. All I know is my experience. What are the remaining issues at this point?
The only reason the problems went away is because people stopped playing. Once ladder releases expect all the same server issues again. And a lot of the changes made to classes are horrible.
I am worried about the ladder fueling the popularity/issues again. As for class changes, I disagree and welcome them.
The game kind of has a dye system, but it’s limited to jewels in items. If would be nice if 2p jewels and an item could tint it like that in the cube without having to socket the jewel.
Yeah, except that is only for when you are leveling, since gems takes slots and are not that good anyway. Plus it only dyes socketed gear…essentially anyone past the early leveling stages is never going to “dye” their armor/weapons with this method. What I am proposing is a way to use gems to craft dyes and apply them to any piece of (visible) gear. I think it would be fun, create more demand for gems, and show off their awesome gear details they implemented into D2R.
I just mean that the programming framework seems to already be there for easy adaptation.
Agreed. Implementing a simple system should be easy and that is better than nothing. But if included in a paid expansion, I think a more robust system with new colors, crafting recipes, dye items, etc. would be cool. But agreed, they could easily make a sapphire and piece of gear transmute to blue dyed gear or something like that.
They didn’t change anything. Complaints are natural.
