I was MF running through Nilathak today and he killed me, but when I quit out the game and re-entered my body was missing a Heart of the Oak runeword, of all the items! everything else was there as far as I can see
Yeah. I’ve heard of HoTo(s) just vanishing from many many other players.

Blizzard won’t take any kind of responsibility for their bugs causing data loss.
So right now you can play knowing that… or not play and wait for them to be fixed. (That’s what I’m doing… losing all my stuff once was enough.)

Sry for your lost, but they can’t help you. Best way is to make a spirit and start farming again for a new hoto.
