I have a non trolly question:
Is there a way to bind an ability to right click while keeping auras active?
What is really like is to have right click designated for Foh with left click bound to holy bolt while still having auras.
Currently I use left click for holy bolt and G for Foh quick cast (bound on left click side so aura stays up). I’ve tried binding it to other keys but nothing feels that comfortable.
If no, do know of any good quick cast hotkey setups for fohdin?

no. If you use a skill on the right it overwrites the current selected aura and then switches back.
I have usually bound charge + foh + holybolt on the left side and selected smite as default. Then I bind my auras and teleport on the right side.
Depending on your keyboard/mouse you should bind whatever is best reachable for you. Auras I use are Vigor/Redemption/Cleansing/Conviction. I have BC on second slot on the right side as default and bound BO with a less reachable key and I cast holy shield via S+select skill+RMB and switch back to my aura.
This is similar to what I do. Most of my experience with Pally is Zealot. I bind Zeal from left side skill to “back” button on my mouse. Now I can hold back button and Pally will “attack move” run in the direction of my mouse cursor, zealing anything in his path, while having the chosen aura active. Works similar to holding down RMB with Frenzy active on a Barb.
FWIW: Not sure if it’s range issues caused by Zeal + weapon on my HF ladder start, but it seems to work a lot worse than I recall on my NL Zealot, often “timing out” and just standing there not attacking when the button is still pressed. Doesn’t seem to be related to something actually dying, and still happens if cursor is above “nothing” to make sure it’s not targetting a specific enemy and then stopping when that enemy is dead.
Project Diablo 2 (a mod that isn’t related to D2R) has a decent solution to this problem that could be copied into D2R if it wasn’t in maintenance-only mode.
In PD2 the skill speed bar shows all skills on both sides so you can assign anything to the left side too (behaves unpredictably when you select auras on both sides). Skill hotkeys assigned on the right side have “quick cast on” while the left side has “quick cast off” - this works quite well for the paladin because the “quick cast off” side can be used to change auras while the “quick cast on” side can be used for actions like smite. The “quick cast on” is always on the right side and there seems to be no option to change it which is quite annoying even in PD2 because I prefer using my primary skills with left-click.
