Attempting to combine 3 Amn runes and 3 Thul runes, separately, and neither one are upgrading to the next tier atm. The other runes appear to be working fine (though I dont have a full collection to test with, will try to keep a list of runes that aren’t working.
I have made new games and they don’t appear to be working even in a new game.
