kind of hard to enjoy the event when the game client keeps failing to connect and or randomly shuts down the game even if you play the offline version

I think this is an isolated issue, i would try reinstalling or something. Works well here.
already thought of that i did scan and repair and it fixed nothing
Blizz stealth added a patch update and said nothing about it and that’s when the problems started

Damn i do see that, sorry to hear
i can understand server issues when online but there’s people on here saying the offline version is also crashing and becoming unplayable ever since the patch and they can’t enjoy the holiday on that mode either

Turn down VFX Lighting Quality one notch. Worked for me, and many others after I shared that with them.

This isn’t isolated, I can’t stay connected for more than 10 minutes. Submitted a ticket and there is another post from early December with a Dev response.
i can connect 5 copies at once for hours at a time, no crashes, no disconnects, my only death was from a power outtage etc… but sure, the problem isn’t on your end. (having a hard time believing that)
for a day or two when they released the new patch i was crashing a lot but they fixed that pretty fast. and would say the game is working fine now.
last night i played offline for 4+ hours straight.
