"Hidden Stash" is an oxymoron

You know what really drives me crazy about D2(r)?

It’s that when you are going out into the wilderness, you keep running into these things called “Hidden Stash(es)”.

Now stop and think for a minute. If these things really WERE “hidden”, then they wouldn’t have big “HIDDEN STASH” signs on them, right? It might say “Stash” but it wouldn’t say “hidden”, because if it did, then by definition the stash wouldn’t be “hidden” in the first place.

So come on here Blizzard. Forget about all that “deleting Mosaic runeword” sillyness. Concentrate on this critical issue.

Rename these all as just “stash”, or, better still, keep them “hidden” by simply not putting a name on the “stash” at all. You’re only 25 years late in fixing this terrible bug.

A hidden stash doesn’t have a big sign over it, the text labeling it as a “hidden stash” only shows up when you hover your mouse over it. Even after it’s discovered by the player, it is still labeled as a hidden stash. Once you pop the hidden stash (a rock), it just becomes another rock on the ground and the label no longer shows up. They could have made it much harder to identify them by not showing text when hovered over.

Non-issue. Back to bashing Mosaic.

Were you born without a sense of humour? Did it deteriorate over time? Is it catching over the interwebzz?
