Playing single player on a 94 lock. spawns were fine until 91 since then I have gotten 1 spawn including clearing full tz acts seems broken
Same here, LVL 91, wasted 2 shards, 2 whole acts cleared, not a single herald spawned, not a single “you draw the ire of the hearld”. Seems perfectly working, lol.
I have the same issue. Today I entered the game and it gave me right a way the messege that a Herald is hunting me even tho I was in town and didnt kill anything at all. I started searching the map for the herald and there was non. next game same thing. I go to Durace of Hate and I killed some elite packs and I got the messege again I started looking for the Herald and nothing. I went through all 3 lvls of Durace of hate to find it, I even killed all the monsters I saw and still nothing there were no heralds at all.
