Do you also encounter this problem ? My char is marked as already ingame (rofl). But even if I try to create a new one and play solo, nothing happen, Black screen.
Do you manage to play on other chars when your main is stuck in stepgame ?

It just means that the character is offline during maintenance.
if your main is sc, you could play hc, that’s about it other than offline
