Great, just make this game great, make all drops for Sorc and Assi (Which is constant) And make sure all cube upgrades to charms, rings and ammys are terrible
Just make sure this game makes it fun to play for all, not the bots, not the ads non stop , and make it fun for some of us that bought the original game and the expansion pack back in the day
I play Single player but I upped it to 8. Still no good drops.

It might have been a 2os Mechanic magic helm instead of a grey 2os. Happened to me a few weeks ago making Stealth in a hastily bought Breastplate. It happens.
Lol even if you weren’t able to make Lore, that justified spewing all that crap? Over a measly +1 skills that can be obtained from a random circlet? d2r players sure are something else…
Made one yesterday and worked, so unless they broke something today you probably did something wrong.
Did you happen to use a magic or rare helm to make one?
Because runewords can only be made in white items.
Adding one obligatory comment to remind the community not to fall for bait posts that make all of us look bad.
To anyone who may not understand, here’s the information you need to know regarding the Runeword this post is talking about. If you put an Ort Rune followed by a Sol Rune into a 2 open-socket helm, that only has 2 sockets, no extras, making sure it’s not a magic or rare item with sockets from the mechanics modifier, you get the Runeword Lore. If the text color isn’t gray, you cannot make Runewords in it. When you have made sure you are using a gray text item that has the correct number of sockets, put the runes in, in the correct order. If you don’t know what the correct order for the Runeword is, look it up on Google and click the link to go to the Diablo 2 wiki where all items in the game as well as all Runewords are listed with all the information needed on all the items. They even show the variations you can get between the stats when rolling Runewords. Other than the wiki, you could use these resources: First is a drop calculator from silospen to help figure out what monsters or bosses have the highest chance of dropping whatever item you’re looking for. Second is the Affix Calculator from harrogoth that can show you all the modifiers you can get on certain items, including crafted items, to help know what you should be looking for in certain situations. Finally there’s the character planner from Maxroll, which lets you plan a character without wasting skill and stat resets in game, you can set your skills, stats, gear, merc, it’s very handy and there are lots of guides on there for all sorts of builds that were made by some very skilled individuals. All 4 of the resources I talked about are free for everyone to use at any time and provide you with more than enough information to play Diablo 2 with ease.
Dude, it is less trash than the other trash you get in mid 20s, big whoop… the new runewords are less than 10 levels away. It is a nice little upgrade but it isn’t worth the rant from this thread, smh… go keep mfing…
I wasn’t implying to it’s power level. I was only trying to point out that the op wanted other people who have there characters geared with shako or whatever they wear to roll a Lore for no reason. It was never necessary to test it out in the first place.
