I did a necro speedrun today and decide to divert to normal difficulty hellforge quest.
After I killed the armorer, hammered the forge, the animation started as usual,
the quest turned to “completed”, but nothing dropped. Literally nothing dropped.
Zero gems, zero runes, zero anything.
That is all.
I see this is reported as early as Oct’ 21 and seems it still perisists.
