Didn’t it cause D2 to crash if you triggered the firestorm spell from the hellfire torch too quickly?

Not anymore. I play kick sin for fun and it spawns every 2 seconds for me lol
Hellfire Torch used to have a higher proc rate. However, it was nerfed due to lag issues I believe was the reason. 1.13c is when this was done.
