I just now finished my Hellforge quest on Hell difficulty, I used the hammer on Mephisto Soulstone, and no drops at all, I checked my quest log, the quest is finsihed… I teleported back to Pandemonium fortress, where Tyrael gave me the next quest to kill diablo… I teleported back to hellforge and nothing. I thougt this quest has 100% rune drop.
Same happened to me earlier today. On hell aswell.

same. It would seem this happens when the online servers have some kind of trouble. Another example : when getting Deckard to identify items, sometimes it may take as much as 30 seconds for the operation to conclude.
My bet is : they transfered all those servfer side to prevent cheating, but didn’t proof it enough and those kinds of things are the result.

Had the same thing happen on Normal difficulty as well, nothing popped out to the hellforge after smashing the soulstone.
Same thing happened to me right now. I haven’t noticed it at that moment but the game was a bit laggy. I don’t know if it was from my connection or from server lag but when i tried to identify items it was delayed like 15-20 seconds and buying potions from vendor was extremely laggy. I think it was from server lag considering the server problems we are experiencing since launch.
Same here on hell. Well, guess thats what to expect from an indie-companies servers.
Same. Did hell forge yesterday, got a Pul(meh), log in a few hours alter and its gone. However, the quest was back active so I thought rollback. Redid my hell hellforge and nothing dropped.
Same here, just did hellforge on hell and not a single gem/rune drop. Any solution?
