I’ve been killing her all day for some drops and just killed her right now and she dropped nothing, no items at all, and monsters in the room dropped only scrolls and gold.

I’m pretty sure Andy has a problem not dropping things when she’s next to an object or a wall. Try and kill her right in the middle area just past the double doors.

Multiple mobs have this. Flying mobs over “water” or inaccessible pathing areas, for example
Yeah it needs to be fixed. That is one thing that they did right in D3 that I wish would come to D2. PITA to get all of the ghosts over the platform in Arcane Sanctuary just to farm dem runes!

Me too! I swear there is more to these drops than just RNG.
No wonder one hasn’t dropped for me yet. STOP STEALING ALL THE GOOD RNG.

Happens sometimes. Something caused her to glitch and drop nothing. Countess does it too every once in a while. Ghosts in arcane and chaos of course are notorious for this too.
its funny how the loot is just deleted instead of dropping on the closest ground lol
id be interested in silly stats like how many high runes were deleted this way.
There’s always a chance she will drop nothing.
