Somehow had the shift key held down after stat reset and all points went on strength.
Now stuck with 200 hp on act 5 nightmare and die instantly to anything. Not sure what to do as I cant finish the act to get the reset on act 1 next difficulty. If there is no solution id like a refund as i only bought the game a few days ago and now cant play.
Just reroll the same character. I had the same thing happen to me, I rerolled Amazon and was back to where I was in less than a week. You just played through, you will get through it much faster the second time.
Keep in mind: killing normal monsters generally is not worth your time, just run through the quests as fast as you can.
So you are in the technical support forum for no reason, because this isn’t a technical issue. You clearly have no issues playing the game, and yet you think you deserve a refund?
It’s called starting a new character, or go beg someone for a token of absolution.
You aren’t getting a refund for your own stupidity.

OP you learned a lesson. Unfortunately for you the shift button stat dump is a thing. You get 3 respecs per character so unless you used all 3 (which you couldn’t have if you’re not in hell difficulty) there’s hope for you. I can personally get you to hell and do den for you so you can reset if you’d like.

I’ve tried using shift click to add stats and it didnt work. Can I get a refund for the game not working?
