Saturday i was playing and after the server crash i could’nt find anymore a Hel rune that i found in the morning.
Can you please restore it?
In a game based on the loot how can you make players play on servers like this?

They do not restore Items for ANY reason. Your item is gone and will need to be refarmed.

Yup… I lost all of my items and they said nupe… even if it was caused by a bug on their end. Here is what they told me.
