Hammerdin life issue

How can leech life?? my hammerdin damage is high but not tanky
it seems no skill or equipment for life leech…

Weapon: Heart of the Oak
Shield: Herald of Zakarum Herald of Zakarum
Body Armor: guardian angel
Helm: Harlequin Crest Harlequin Crest
Belt: Arachnid Mesh Arachnid Mesh
ring : raven frost

glove : magefist
have torch and anni

got most required gears already, just missed eigma

any hints?

Hammerdin does not life leech because it is magic damage not physical.

put 1 point in redemption. throw it on for 2 seconds after killing a crowd. (below vigor)

Dump all points in Redemption after maxing Holy Shield. You are welcome.
