was popular long ago because with 100% pierce it used to just loop back and forth on bosses so you could stack more and more and more of them up ramping damage like crazy.
pretty sure it doesn’t work with pierce anymore

Crazy they advertise that build, maybe its for mix of PvM and PvP mix?
