Hello. I am not super versed in those ins and outs so i dont know if my answer is what you are looking for, or i understood your question wrong. But i gather your asking if the +raw dmg on grief is affect by multipliers? If so, then yes. Grief is tecnically the highest dmg weapon on the game, and it does not show properly on your character.
