Good bye Blizzard

Thanks for your $60, now leave our servers so 20 people can play and defend blizzard and yeah, have a nice que day.

I will say the cuck fan boys have been shrinking more and more, I remember when you would complain about something and offer constructive criticism and get mobbed by smelly neck beards.

This is commerce and its no different than buying any other product. This product is not working correctly and a billion dollar company shouldn’t be getting a free pass.

The reason they cant mob, is because blizzard have made so many people mad that 20 smelly but beards cant keep up.

I just logged on, 261 in queue. I went and did the dishes and watered my dogs, about 10 minutes of work tops. I’m loaded into the game and playing.
If you’re such a child that a less than 10 minute queue breaks the game for you then perhaps you should be working and growing up and not acting like such a child.

… And now the end is here
And so I face that final curtain
My friend I’ll make it clear
I’ll state my case, of which I’m certain
I’ve lived a life that’s full
I traveled each and every highway
And more, much more
I did it, I did it my way

… Regrets, I’ve had a few
But then again too few to mention
I did what I had to do
I saw it through without exemption
I planned each charted course
Each careful step along the byway
And more, much, much more
I did it, I did it my way

Player base: BLIZZARD STOP THESE CRASHES!

Blizzard: “To stop the server crashes we have temporarily implemented a queue system”

Player Base: BLIZZARD REMOVE THIS QUEUE!

Que would somehow work if, you crashed then you dont have to wait in que again or if game didnt crash. Otherwise they only made it worse.

Atleast before if you crashed, you are back in in a minute. Now you gotta wait 1+ hours after each crash.

Since you haven’t read it …

Login Queue Creation: This past weekend was a series of problems, not the same problem over and over again. Due to a revitalized playerbase, the addition of multiple platforms, and other problems associated with scaling, we may continue to run into small problems. To diagnose and address them swiftly, we need to make sure the “herding”–large numbers of players logging in simultaneously–stops. To address this, we have people working on a login queue, much like you may have experienced in World of Warcraft. This will keep the population at the safe level we have at the time, so we can monitor where the system is straining and address it before it brings the game down completely. Each time we fix a strain, we’ll be able to increase the population caps. This login queue has already been partially implemented on the backend (right now, it looks like a failed authentication in the client) and should be fully deployed in the coming days on PC, with console to follow after.

I think this dude is one of blizz employers, trying to defend himself.

Deployment of one server is a process that takes about two weeks time. Thats figuring out the needs of the client, planning ahead for the needs in the next 5-10 years, getting the server, setting it up, software installation/data migration, cable management/installation and deployment.

Now think of this on a global scale. That is what is going on right now with Diablo 2: Resurrected.

Most of the casual play sessions last less than 10 minutes, so you’re effectively doubling the time it takes to get the same things done. People want to log in do a few quick mf runs and then hop off. That’s how many people play the game, not hours at a time chaining run after run.

“Hit Escape To Play Offline”

and nobody is making you stare at he computer screen as the queue counts down. Watch some cat videos.

this guy biggest blizz suck up, he just goes around defending them on all his posts… pathetic

let me translate it to you since you don’t get it.

“we sold you a broken game at a very full price. we can’t seem to get around it and fix it already though (and we are heading to a month since ~the lauch~ date) so YOU’ll have to get in a queue and whatever and bear with us because, HEY, it’s you that make SUCH a question to play it, right? Not us. Us? We got our part of thi$ deal already. Let us be clear this is not IN ANY FORM any kind of apologizing or anything, this is just us telling to chill down. And don’t even think about going to the tech forums and vent out or something, our most loyal fanbase will be there throwing this note left and right”.
