There are several items reminiscent of kurast, the most hated area in the game. Maybe some new Kurast related content?

At the top right of the image there is a kind of platform that resembles the platform that is near the mephisto in act 3.

I would say that’s the pentagram where Diablo spawns in Chaos Sanctuary, not where Mephisto is in act 3.

there is also the tower pentagram and tristam pentagram

there is also three question marks on the chatgem thing at the bottom of the picture and that lines up with the paper question marks

Not sure about that. They referenced the original D2 Manual, clearly referencing the Chaos Sanctuary, and the Chat-Gem token/coin at the bottom has “…surrected” on it. Along with the ???

I assume the encoded message has something to do with D2R specifically.
