You’ll have to find a new one.
Blizzard does not restore items. They don’t have enough money for tech support and log space.
They are so poor that they did an alpha release of the game.
They reportedly only store logs on users devices. So when the government asks them for logs, they send you a letter asking you to rip the logs to floppy disks.

I just lost an entire inventory to what was likely the same bug…torch, annihilus, charms.
I crafted 100 amulets, checked mules, then came back in horror to an empty inventory.
