Enigma is fine. It allows other builds to compete with sorc, when it comes to key farming/Boss farming end game. Sometimes I don’t use enigma because I don’t feel like farming with teleport. If it bothers you so much. Just don’t use it.
I used to complain about enigma too. Mostly because, I was bad, and could not get one. Also I was Licking the boots of mods created by greendude, and PD2.
Cauz 1.09 was fun.

Why not just skip Ladder altogether? Either you want sorcs to dominate or are salty about pvp. While its annoying seeing people flaunt it week 1 of Ladder, its been a part of the game since 2003! Hdin still dominates without nigma in fact, its not remotely required for any build. Stop whining about it!
I’m all for inventive and crazy ladders. But I think there’d be a lot of blow back if a standard ladder wasn’t offered as well.

These 45frw on Enigma is laughable; max frw on boots is 40 LOL.
Buff FRW on boots and charms and rework Stamina, every char should get 100-150frw easily.
Add Teleport to Stealth and Lore and update Teleport cost.
