Get rid of Enigma in Ladder

When the new ladder drops they should make it so you CANT make Enigma, CTA, Grief, Beast, Faith or any of the Overpowered game breaking runewords. Let them still exist on Non-ladder but not be craftable on Ladder.

Also get rid of synergies and make it like 1.09.

Let hybrids be a thing again.

Play classic. Problem solved… Well except the synergy part.

This is kind of interesting. I guess my question would be what forces you to use those runewords? Can’t you play with them in existence and not use them? Like what about other people using them affects you?

or play Hardcore, it’s very difficult to get rich and have things like enigma. I’ve been playing 20 years and still never had enigma

It affects me becuase I cant trade the items I find becuase they lack value unless its a Rune to fit one of the OP runewords.

Finding items to make my build better is fun. Not darnit I didnt find a Jah rune.

My Hybrid would be viable with 1.09 Values. The new runewords and synergies warranted a buff in MOB stats. My hybrid is underpowered vs these 1.10 buffs to mobs.

Thats how it affects me.

There are more items that have value in the game than just Ber and Jah runes.

When I played the trade/stock broker side of the game, the largest trade “income” that I acquired was from rune word base items. People would pay sometimes multiple high runes for perfect and sometimes nearly perfect rolled base items.

Thats true but does not help your case.
You have to counterintuitively lower your MF % to farm these base items.

Nah… Just run around 300% magic find and kill fast, you’ll get the best of both worlds. Yeah you’ll find less base items than if you were running 0% magic find.

@Spaceghost I wouldn’t be against this, but give it a rest man.
I have… In my view, all the “majority” wants is more and faster, not less and slower.

Plus, we can debate/discuss all we want, I am willing to bet my account no one with decision power reads these forums.

TheDarkJedi what sounds more fun.

Being a full syn char and using the same damage type having to skip mobs you cant kill and not completing content.

Or Being a Hybrid and able to rotate through dametype skill trees to be able to deal with all immune types?

I’ve regularly ran a fire/cold sorceress for magic finding. Yeah she can pretty much destroy everything with ease.
I’ve also regularly ran a Blizzard sorceress for more specific magic finding purposes.
I’ve ran gold find Barbarians as well to… You guessed it, farm gold.

All are entertaining.

Exactly. With 1.09 values you would not be slower. You hyrbid would be just as fast if not faster then a Fully synergized 2.4 character.

get rid of yourself immediately and go play d3

Why? Your little thread is missing that very important point.

You must not have tried to trade very much, there are plenty of non runeword items, with value, especially early on, to trade.

No thanks, we need other MF chars too not, just sorc.

Nonsense, stop living in past dude, We have synergies for like 15+ years or more.

Just because it has been this way for however many years doesnt make it better.

But it is better…

Thats why they did it as previous skill system was flawed.

Oh yeah not being able to clear the entire game with a fully synergized blizz sorc is WAAAAAAY better. I love being walled from content becuase a diablo seal boss spawned with cold/phys immune. Super cool, great game design.

Dude you obviously have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

Melee are already slow enough, at least not them…

Thats another side effect of the MOB buff in 1.10.

The mobs got buffed but melee skills like WW where left with no synergies to buff them.

With 1.09 values and skill system WW was very strong and where very viable with weapons that could be found. I recall a colosus blade cube with 3 chipped gems would always give 3 sockets and the possibily of cruel mod. This weapon was very viable all the way through hell until you found a unique.
