I know I wrote this before, but here it is again.

List of Perfect Ring Mods
10% Faster Cast Rate
20 Strength
15 Dexterity
40 Life
90 Mana
120 Attack Rating
9 Replenish Life
11 All Resistances
30 Single Resist
9 Minimum Damage

General value of point system
[ < = 3.5 ] 99% of the time
[ 4 Points ] Usable, but borderline sellable
[ 4.5 Points ] Good Ring
[ 5 Points ] Great Ring
[ 5.5 Points ] Elite Ring
[ 6 Points ] One of top rings on Ladder

ex)
Example
10 FCR / 120 AR / 15 STR / 20 Life / CR 18% / LR 27%

  • 10 FCR = 1
  • 120 AR = 1
  • 15 STR = 1
  • 20 Life = .5
  • 18 CR = .5
  • 27 LR = 1

this is a 5 point ring.

STEP 1: Assess the points
If it is below 4 points, just throw it away

STEP 2: Determine the ring type
a) fcr pvm
b) melee pvm
c) pvp

general order of value
pvp> fcr pvm> melee pvm

– reference value As of 9.7.2023—
–these are minimum values and based on my **own experience
**my own experience is limited to jsp prices and traderie

A) General value of pvp melee ring
4pt: 10jahs
5pt: 100+ jahs
6pt: 100+ jahs (whatever the seller wishes to charge)

B) General value of pvm fcr ring
4pt: 5jahs+
5pt: 40jahs+
6pt: 40jahs+

C) General value of melee pvm melee ring
4pt: 3jahs+
5pt: 20jahs+
6pt: 40jahs+

In the example, the life and cold res stats were given .5 points. Is that because they weren’t perfect stats or are certain stats always designated .5 points?

its out of their maximum value. life is 40 and single res is 30.

If you have a 10 FCR 20 str 15 dex ring, it’s only 3 points and you should throw it away…while I’m in the game =P

but out of curiosity which class would benefit from 10fcr 20str and 15dex?

My PvM hdin is good on res and would love saving points on dex (= more vit) and doesn’t need AR or LL/ML. The str would be more for to be able to consider swaps like CoA but I’ve largely solved the P8 Seis problem with Cure and Skill/gameplay. Esp if such a ring is cheap cus no one else wants it. My PvM Java might want one for a FCR swap to avoid a respec. Just small experimental things esp if the market ignores such a ring.

sux. shoulda asked if people needed niche rings earlier. I threw around 50 3+ point rings away. I think I will throw away some more in the near future. Will let you know. I usually throw away 3.25~3.75 rings.

I cleaned out like 100+ rings myself as well. Sometimes the space monster is just too strong :sweat_smile:

87 attackrate - 0,75-1?
47 life - 1-1,25?
10 lifestolen - pvp useless, pvm 0,5-1?
2 str - 0

maybe 4point for pvm if u need lifestolen?

If this had FCR necros would want it as vit is only 2/pt if only as a temp
