Do you mind posting a dxdiag.txt for troubleshooting?
Maybe someone in the community can assist and i will certainly try as well.

how do i do that? please tell me how

Press the windows key → type “dxdiag” (a window will pop up collecting the information) → Export.
Save that file on your desktop and copy& paste the contents here.

There is also a dxdiag.txt file in your Diablo2 Resurrection folder if that is easier for you.

i have the same exact issue…

seems like what u describes only checks the windows OS for bugs not the Diablo program…

Hi can u pls help me ?
this is my DXDiag:

What is the problem you need help with?
Does the game not start at all or do you have crashes?
Can you describe the issue?

If i am not mistaken then this graphics card doesn’t meet the minimum requirement or is at least on the lower edge.

The game not start, i’m using a Nvidia GT 635M graphic card.
It’s a Lenovo notebook I7, 8gb ram.

That GPU does not meet the system requirements.
