I’ve been locked in game queue for half an hour. What is going on? how is this a solution?
It keeps getting worse week after week. How are we this far from launch and I cant play at 9am? Leaves such a bad taste in my mouth when the game itself is so good but there are constant server issues. Unacceptable.

Weekend after another weekend &&&& is happening, server crashes (STILL NOT FIXED) roll backs after another and another, now this STUPID que of a wait LIKE WHY??? The server being s*** pass weeks and they need help to figure out a 20 year old game. Billion dollar comany they say and can’t fix this.

The queue system is the temporary fix to the rollback and server crashing issue ,(blue post, top of forum).
It sucks but is what it is right now. I do think that if this is expected to continue for weeks, which it sounded like, they should give people an open refund option even if I personally wouldn’t take advantage of it.

An important question is why is the queue processing time so effin slow… What should take 30 seconds takes more than 30 minutes to go from 239 to get in game which is completely ridiculous.

I agree its retarded, but its to keep the servers from crashing. I think they used parts of old D2 in the server stuff, and its struggling with the amount of people playing.
They are going to rewrite, and fix it but might be a month or two to go through it all. Not a small quick thing
Now why did we not do a full scale large bnet beta test to find this? IDK

Because the entire company is just a cash grab joke now. Nothing we say matters to them, they dont care about anything but dollars. They cut corners and push out broken products to make a quick buck. I bet none of the higher ups even play any of their games

They definitely were not ready for this game to launch, but they did it anyway and look at we get. A hot buggy mess, and the servers seem to wet themselves when people try to play. I wish they would give us a refund option.
The mess from last week and the disaster now, Blizzard was caught with their pants down… Fix this crap or refund us all!

All they have to do was a stress test.
They did it for wow expansions.
Or they should send more invites during alpha/beta tests to monitor server stability
But why bother?
They got the money so now there is no rush to fix the problem.
And now - you payed for game that is a mess and you cant play/farm it because of errors/queues/crashes.
And how do they explain that problems?
Its players fault. Not their joke of a servers but players fault.
This game was my last purchase from blizzard/moneyvision.

i think the issue might be not removing afk players - my character was at character selection screen for over an hour earlier without getting the boot
