Game loads but gameplay is black screened

Game instaled fine, i can go to charactor creation, highlight the class options i see text but now charactors. I can create one load the game and i see the hp and mp bubbles and other hud options but there is no world npcs nothing its all blackscreened. I original had the driver prompt which i though i fixed so idk where to go ive reinstaled everything. Any helpnwould be apreciated

Without system files, it’s difficult to determine the root cause. To help narrow down the problem though, let’s try disabling all other programs temporarily.

If this persists, let’s get a DxDiag system file so we can take a closer look:

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.

try to hit escape and see in keybidndings what key is bind to legacy toggle switch. exit the options and switch to legacy display with that key. see if that helps.
( only works while in the game - not in menus)
