after the update today i cant enter the game, i try everything, try even re-install the game, re-install the battle net launcher, try -txt and -direct on launcher. update all graphics cards and windows, and nothing.
I just want to play the game.
I press the play button and – lauching–playing now—play.

I would remove any Battle.net launcher Arguments such as -txt and -direct that is causing a different crash, we don’t support doing this.
As for the main crash on startup what I’m seeing is the client is failing initialize game data due to corruption or missing data. Given you reinstalled this could be due a conflict of resources such as a driver or windows resource the game needs to run isn’t working or an access violation such as a third-party program causing a conflict.
I would recommend the following steps:
Disable Windows Startup items following the steps Here. Restart the PC.
Goto your Diablo II: Resurrected settings folder: C:\Users\WindowsUSERNAME\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected within the folder only delete the Settings.JSON file if you see one. Then close the folder this will reset the game’s settings back to default.
Retest. If the issue continues, can you please upload your Dxdiag to a site such as pastebin.com and link it back in your reply like the code below:

I am having the exact same issues as OP, and followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail… The game worked fine prior to the 2.5 patch…
I reinstalled twice, wiped the saved games folder, wiped all local and roaming blizzard gaming folders in %APPDATA%
restarted machine several times, ran as admin… PLEASE HELP, the game is worthless now!

I’m the same with the same Errors you posted, did u get it working or is it still the same, was working fine since this launch of terrorzones
Still the same for me! No response from blizz on this thread (obviously) or the ticket I put in 2 days ago which states I would get a response within 24 hours of posting… lol 
have the same issue while 2.5 go live 
I have the same issue as OP. I followed the steps listed by @Zuvykree, but it is still a problem. WinMTR reports that the CDN is unreachable so the config files cannot be fetched and the game crashes on startup. Antivirus and Firewall are disabled. I also flushed the network settings using ipconfig, but no luck so far.

how did ya’ll get the game to launch mine will make it to the press any button to continue screen and then closes out to my desktop when I press any button
