I open the game from bnet. Game wont launch and bnet showing that game is already running. I tried EVERYTHING that i saw on older posts with the same problem. Wtf is happening?
PS Game starts running after A LONG time waiting after i press play. I mean like ten minutes or more.
I can get to where it wants to go online, then the game just crashes. Been like that for close to 12 months now for me. My computer has no issues as I play games that require much more power than D2 to play. However I can no long play this one and I paid 50 to 60 for it. So sad
I’m having a similar issue. I’ve done everything under the sun from older posts and nothing is working. I press play then it says launching and then it just goes back to play with nothing happening.
check to see if you are missing C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
What if you are missing that host file?
Same issue, it’s also been 6 months. About a year ago I was able to play D2R with no problems. But 6 months ago when I reinstalled the game, I press play, it says the game is launching, then the play button just appears again and I can’t get into the actual game. Nothing in the forums has helped–deleting saved files, moving the game directory to a different drive. I tried again today and the same thing happens all over again. Thanks for stealing my $60 Blizzard. Thank goodness PoE2 Early Access is almost here.
