Game doesn't launch! seems to be in a deadlock

Whenever I try to launch the game, it seems to not do anything and be stuck.
I tried verifying the files, have the latest Nvidia drivers.

GPU: GeForce RTX 3080
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Memory: 32 GB RAM

Have similar problem, i cannot launch the game, the PTR however works…
