Game crashes on startup

The Blizzard splash screen appears followed by the D2R splash screen and then the game crashes. For a brief moment I can see the cursor and hear some music. My computer can’t run the game so I’m using a cloud machine provided by Paperspace. Specs are below, I can provide more info if necessary. Thanks.

  • CPU Count: 8 vCPUs
  • Clock Speed: 2.60 GHz
  • Intel AVX: yes
  • Intel AVX2: yes
  • Host Memory: 30 GB

GPU x 1

  • Type:NVIDIA RTX4000
  • Memory: 8 GB GDDR6

I’m with the same problem here!! I was also experiencing this on D3 as well…

This issue persists after the latest patch.

The game crashes every time I try to open it.

Any updates?
