im in the same bot and i have try every thing people told to do me to do like updating driver repair unsintal reeinstal close every app on the pc turn off anti virus try to open in administrator still noting and beta was working fine… help

Same pissing boat, paid hard earned money to watch a black screen and error message for days. Yes, really what i want. I think i am truly done with “modern blizzard” If you find a fix, let me know before i send out my refund ticket.

Thinking of sending out a refund ticket as well, no need to keep a game I can’t play. Blizzard refuses to fix the issue even though Beta ran just fine. Also my wife has the game so I will be refunding on two accounts. Blizzard you seriously suck!

Mine keeps crashing after I click on create new. (character) I don’t even get an error code anymore. Have never been able to create or play game since launch. Also very slow to launch to even get to 1st screen to create or go to lobby. Please help Blizzard!

eh I’ve tried everything, admin, compatibility modes, change resolution…etc. Win 8 latest build, drivers updates, etc, still NOTTA. WTF Blizzard, ye really gone downhill
Ever since Alpha at most I could only play 1 hour before it crashed. No error message and didn’t matter if I was fighting a hoard, NPC dialogue or standing alone in town. It still crashes/freezes even in the menu screens with no game loaded in.
Doesn’t happen to anything else and I’m so fed up. I’m not one to ask for refunds but this is a waste of money at this point.
Those hexadecimal codes you get at the crash window is a report Id to be referred to when you submit an error. It’s not an error code.
You can find an error in the logfile (.txt) that’s in the game’s directory.
Als some errors might popup in he dxdiag file in that directory.
Glad to know I’m not the only one experiencing this irritating issue!

I’m i an entitled “A-hole” for demanding an immediate fix for this issue?
I find myself growing very irritated for not being able to play the game for 7 days or so…
I don’t have much available play time as it is because of work and common household responsibility. but i would like to enjoy an old school revamped game with the small amount of time i can give.
Mine also crashes when I try to create a character. Haven’t been able to make a single character to play the game. Crashes on both online and offline characters. Crashes straight to desktop with no error code.
