my pc is fine I run the game just 1080, fortitude is the best armor people use for merc but why there is a problem about it, for sure in the ToD right? it happened once in RoF
btw, if I forgot to change it before baal run so the game crash farming essence
Well perhaps not or you have a gpu that is very unoptimized… I run a 14 year old gaming PC with 2 gpus, 2 modern rigs and play on the switch, never experienced that on any of them. If you can’t resolve, just switch to treachery more cost effective anyways.

Zero game crash issue with Fortitude.
This has been mentioned before. Last I heard, it will only happen if you’re running VFX quality and VFX lighting at ultra. Just set them to high or very high and you should be okay.
It used to get me on the steam deck when I ran the lighting and vfx at ultra.
Doesn’t happen on the switch cause the switch could never dream of running the game at even medium settings

It has to do with the sheer number of ice bolts his fortitude is shooting out.
The throne of destruction is notorious for crashing because after wave 3, your merc sits there and gets hammered by half a dozen hydras lol.
I’ve never heard of it happening in the river of flame, but I’d guess that he was getting pelted relentlessly there also.
do you mean too many struck when facing hydra right? in some case maybe there are a lot of struck to my merc?? the game can crash at the time??
so I just say there are some conflict with fortitude but it’s the best armor after treachery

Yeah, when he gets hit a lot, he shoots many ice spikes.
Don’t change the armor yet. Try going to options, video settings, scroll down a bit til you see VFX Quality and VFX lighting quality. Just set those to high, or very high and see what happens.
When they’re on ultra, fortitude makes me crash in the throne room also.

Shouldn’t crash anymore no matter how many ice bolts are fired out. At least that has been my experience👍
