Playing around with imported old Open Battle.Net OP save items in offline mode while the servers are down (which means I am spending more time in offline #burn).
With over 10k MF and insanely quick runs Unique Jewels are still suuuuper rare drops lol. I wasn’t even sure they existed in D2R until I saw one fall from Hell Meph a bit ago.
Anyone else have shocking finds in offline?

I mean if you read the problems people are complaining about:
Cheating
Botting
Ploot
disconnects

totally agreed! If i had known the server is so bad, I would have gone offline right from the start
no cheat and bot at all, i didn’t read anything official ,only a few is talking about something own made, but nothing that prove the existence.
in offline mode you can use the command /players x ( from 2 to 8 ) that change the game difficulty
Not completely true… there are a couple of farm bots and PickIt + MapHack already working for D2R. The people you see in trade or D2JSP selling ungodly amounts of items and buying 4 copies of something to gear the Sorc Bots are a giveaway of who is using them.
Not just a “I think there is” but I can literally link to where they are/were being sold for D2R in the last few weeks.
I won’t touch any of that crap on here because it’s linked to my Vanilla Collector’s Edition WoW account not worth the extra loot lmao… but it is being used by others.
Since MR has dimishing returns on everything above Magic, 10k% MF really isn’t much different then several hundred really.
that’s because the first 100 points you put into MF is more of a leap than 100-10,000%. theres a graph somewhere that shows the amount of mf compared to chance at magic/rare/sets/uniques. Blue items are static they increase statically as you gain mf. Uniques are the worst and almost level off at 1,000% mf

I know it’s terrible, once you have done enough Baal runs you can tell when PickIt is being used, it’s even quicker than controller spam… I just bail and find a new lobby but it sucks knowing you lost that Tal ammy to some %$@^!* using a cheat to get rich while you suffer.
