Fun fact: Sacrifice is suppose to work like frenzy

From the game manual

Sacrifice

At what price glory? By sanctifying his weapon with some of his own blood, a Paladin of Zakarum is able to increase his efficiency in combat by forfeiting a portion of his own physical essence. This sacrifice is a symbol of faith that even the lowliest Paladin must sub- mit before the Light, in order that he may prove himself worthy of victory.

Effect: Increased damage and speed, at the cost of health.

Could be interesting seeing it improved based upon this and maybe rather than be life cost each hit it’s a buff that last 2-3 sec or a number of hits until the blood has gone from the blade

Being the foremost only person who plays a Sacadin for the majority of my paladin games. I truely would like to see a one percent bleed effect on each skill up.

I don’t get why people are so adamant about bleed Chance

When the focus should be on the bleed damage

Rather than have sacrifice have like 50-70% chance to cause open Wounds

I would make sacrifice have a 15% chance and have 100% inc open Wounds damage with +5% per skill lvl

gotta kinda agree with Seks, ( I am aware this is a sign of end times) Sacrifice should improve the damage on open wounds.

imo, that makes perfect sense. I also think, maybe change the self damage on sacrifice to apply over a few seconds, so its more like bleeding then chunk of damage. maybe even have the open wounds affect play off the pally when its active?

Sacrifice should probably do more self-inflicted damage as the skill increases, rather than less - the greater your sacrifice, the greater the damage, as well as increase attack speed, per the description.

I would be all for slowly increasing damage to self, if the damage slowly increased its duration, so it didnt hit you all at once.
