some random guy just came into my game and started droping me items non lader online. I picked shako and shield and i stoped, because im not sure whats this. Can anyone explain me if i can get ban if I pick up free those free items?

Ladder is ending, people are discarding things that they can’t sell. There isn’t enough space to keep existing characters if you want to participate in the next season…

you need to be careful, this is a common scam in LOD where they can steal your account from item ID’s on unique items.I cant go into details here but OG players will know what Im talking about
yes you can get banned
You can’t get banned for picking items up. If someone drops items in your game you are free to pick them up.
As others mentioned, it is probably just someone clearing space in preparation for the end of the ladder.
