So i reinstalled the game after a long time. I have an i7-13700k, 32GB of DDR5 and a RTX4090. And I am getting severe frametime spikes in the game. They are so bad that that my LG OLED falls out of the VRR Range (LG C4 with 144hz, 4k) and flashes brightly.
How do I fix that? I tried to lower the graphic settings (lol) and force VSync over the driver and turn it of ingame, but to no good.
