FPS drops while playing

There is probably already plenty of these topics in here, but… one more cannot hurt anyone.

Things i already done:

  • Updated/reinstalled my graphic drivers.
  • Scan&repair option.
  • Did wait logo animations when starting a game to fully open itself.
  • Lowered and turned shadows etc a loweste possible option from high settings.

I have issue while playing latency/ping is around 40-150 when FPS occurs from 4-60+ up.
Its goes like rollercoaster and game speedups. Only happening in this game. Does anyone know what does cause this all day long and sudden fps drops ?
Also i dont have virusprotections on except firewall.

Also been having FPS drops the past 2 days, Randomly going from 60 down to 45.
Also, playing the game & clicking outside the game my FPS drops. Just started happening…
