I was making a video about my Zealot and when I was demonstrating his build an Ohm Rune dropped out of nowhere! I’ve found plenty runes in the past but this one dropped when I least expected it and it’s a different feeling!
It happens at at 4:25 and just wanted to share this moment with you. xD
Idc about the video but it is clearly click baiting with the story about the Ohm rune. I won’t support any leeches that try to sneak in views for their streaming career with cheap tricks.
Guess you Gen Z kids won’t get that this is shady and not ok
You do this often enough. I’m not gen Z. Gen Z isn’t even an insult no matter how many times you attempt to make it one lol. Meanwhile I’m sure his tiny D2R channel is rolling in the dough without you /s. Btw the OP clown that he is posts his opinion here all the time. He is sharing a video that he made where he found an ohm, but he isn’t some bot programmed to spam his link to get views lol. You really need to take a chill pill bud.
Not trying to insult you with it, but Gen Z grows up with all that social media and streaming and doesn’t know any different. It’s not normal and ok to leech, click bait and trick people for the own advantage and gains.
This just shows how young and uninformed you are. Maybe you should take your chill pill and watch some more brainwashing streams
To what end? That video he posted is going to get him like 20 cents in revenue over the next 15 years? You can’t insult me with Gen Z btw, cuz I’m not Gen Z? lol. And you have ZERO idea if he is leeching or just wanted to share something he thought was cool. Just like I don’t know you’re some regressive incel, no matter how much I might assume you are.
How am I uninformed? Like Fox News uninformed? You can see his post history, which is why I stated he posts his bad opinions here often. There is nothing to be “informed” about. He isn’t a bot, because you can see his posts, they’re not bot-like posts spamming links to his YT channel. Which could be noticed if you bothered to inform yourself of his post history.
As you don’t read and/or don’t understand what I’m typing and because you are emotionally invested and triggered I won’t continue this conversation with you.
Keep your passive aggressive insults for yourself and fix whatever is currently wrong in your life. Read you in a few months.
I am an offline player. Getting a HR requires sometimes a 4 to 10 hours of farming. While I was demonstrating my built an unexpected Ohm Rune dropped. I never record my runs so this is the first time I recorded a HR. Personally, I find it extremely entertaining when watching other player’s videos with drops. Also, as offline player you can’t really share your excitement with anyone in-game and this is the best alternative.
@Odin you are obviously overacting and throwing some kind of insults without any reason and without knowing anything about me. I actually had to google “Gen Z” to understand what you are referring to and sadly I do not belong in this generation. I am probably older than you are and I do have a full time job. Making a career out of Youtube with a Diablo channel is laughable. This channel is not generating any income from youtube.
I used to rage against those “Gen Z” you are referring to because they make more money in a month playing video games than you or me can make in 5-6 months in a full time job. But that proves that this Gen Z is smarter than me and you combined.
Even if I was trying to do what you implied, I didn’t do anything wrong, tricked anyone, or broke any rule. Least thing you could do is respect the work a creator is putting in his videos and support a fellow player.
I don’t see Gen Z as an insult and it doesn’t matter if you belong to that age group or not, because I never referred to you as such. But the other user with the newer date account that replied to me seemed like a Gen Z.
Let me remind you that I posted the following in your direction:
I congratulated you for your drop and pointed out that it is a clickbait title to promote your video. At least that’s what it looks like.
It’s common practice nowadays to try to generate some quick views with nonrelated stories to a video and your post and video are not different from my perspective.
I don’t mind if people generate money because they are entertaining or because they are good at something, but I really don’t like people that try to skip hard work with deception and blunt lies. I’m not saying that you are doing this, but many others do.
Seems pretty defensive to me. I didn’t say that you broke any rule. I just told you that it looks like click bait.
Sorry but respect has to be earned and posting a video that I don’t care about isn’t doing that.
And what kind of support are you looking for? I congratulated you on your HR, what more do you expect? Maybe that I watch the whole video and maybe your other content?
Sounds more like I was right with the clickbait and you would love to earn some money with your videos.
I wouldn’t have said a thing if he didn’t use a clickbait title. If he would have posted a “I made a guide” topic and mentioned the ohm in the opening post, it would have been totally fine.
Also advertisement is one reason you can use when you flag someone, so yikes.
The only person who got triggered by the OP is you bud. Now that you’ve been proven wrong you feel the need to run away which is the correct move. At least you always seem to be consistently wrong you have that going for you… consistency
When we are talking about a video game, this is how creators earn their respect, by using their time to provide a video to help others. Respect has to be earned yet showing disrespect for something that you don’t care about seems to be free.
I am not looking for support, that was a general suggestion for other creators because I can understand the work they put in those videos. Personally, I don’t really care.
As far as I know, Click Bait is when your video content doesn’t match with your title which is a way to trick people to watch it. I actually provided what I mentioned. Your problem was that it was inside a guide. Ohm dropped while making a guide so obviously the video was still about the guide that’s why and I specifically pointed out in which part it dropped to save anyone from the trouble of watching the video.
I am new to these forums and I wasn’t really planning to be active. Getting some positive feedback from my previous video enforced me to post this one when I accidentally noticed it after scrolling through my channel.
I got you. Yeah I mean content creation for this game is something that should be celebrated. I think the only issue is that it may have seemed a little clickbaity in the title. I was under the impression that this just happened and you were excited so went to post the video then came here. That’s why I sighed when I saw the 5 month old date.
It’s not a big deal or anything. But I get the annoyance. There’s too much clickbait these days. The overwhelming majority of content creators think it is acceptable but there should be blowback. And I’m not accusing you of trying to be clickbaity. I just get how it could appear that way. It appeared that way to me.
