That’s actually a dope one-of-a-kind rare with all crucial stats a pb would need. You should really hold onto that and test it, let us know how it goes 
Maybe ill hang onto it unless i get a good offer. This Trade forum is pretty dead. maybe ill put a socket in it. and run a grief barb if I can get ahold of another LO for fortitude
And I gotta find a Superior 5 Socket phase blade for the grief

Probably an ohm would be decent price . Dual
Leech . 2 to barb . IAS and 250 Ed . The 2 to barb is good considering give you critical hits in barb skills , extra resis , iron skin and whatever skills of course
These types of items like an Rare Eth Berserker Axe with 4 OS with the cruel and quickness mods and the repairs durability mod I know go for a price just cause the rarity but it would be a hard sell cause its outed by runewords now.but despite that they are rare drops.A collector would like it

After much consideration, I Decided to keep this and is going on an Act 5 merc after patch day… paired with a grief, He will benifit from the +2 barb skills. with the frenzy.
I Watched videos of a act 5 merc soloing World Stone Keep With just Duress and Arreats face or Andariels visage.

its too bad but this still pales in comparison to Runewords and this is my personal gripe with runewords, they obsolete most magic and pretty much all rares…something like this (similar not exact) would have been godly in classic D2 but why bother when runewords exist and everyone is vying for the same ones…Enigma, Fort, Grief, Spirit, etc…

yes. which is why Proeliator’s post (3 above urs) mentions the exact same thing.
Phase Blades can never drop ethereal because they have the indestructible mod
CS’s & DB’s can drop Eth and when you up them into PB’s, they gain the indestructible mod.
The only way to get an eth PB is by upping CS’s & DB’s into them. Up an eth Ginther’s Rift (unique dimensional blade) and it will become an eth phase blade. Useless, but fun!
