When I’m sitting in the lobby, it will automatically put me into random lobbies with bot players advertising their websites. Is this happening to everyone? How do you prevent this constant spam?

You can’t. Temporarily you can report them for spam and block them. However, reporting them does nothing and in no time your block list will become ‘full’. So really, you can do nothing. Instead of wasting their time ‘fixing’ things which no one wanted changed, Blizzard should stop ignoring things like this which everyone hates.

Unfortunately we the players are no longer the target audience, its the shareholders. This game does not come with a monthly sub so from a business perspective, spending time and resources on moderating the lobbies or banning bots would just be a money sink. To be honest this game probably sold like 99% of the copies its ever gonna sell so i dont expect to see any improvements on these issues nor do i expect any updates/changes to be made besides ladder reset
Contact the companies customer service and write them a SCATHING message. Makes me feel better.
Also never use that company.
In terms of ethics there is one company that hosts Baal runs and has never messaged me so they would be my first choice.
